(Or is it also?)  Scoble: "I find it ironic that Slashdot is worrying about offshoring of programming."  BBC: World leaders take stock in 2004.  Quicktime panorama of Times Square last night.  Adam Curry wonders what 2004 will bring. Hmmm. Maybe a BloggerCon, in Amsterdam?  I almost didn't notice -- Channel Z handled the year rollover perfectly. A good way to begin a new year.  On this day four years ago Dale Dougherty wrote about RSS, saying it's: "a way to let others know about the stream of new items on a site."   Six years ago today: "We define manhood as the ability to control one's emotions. This has gotten us in trouble, and we know it."
