From chr@jabba.mediascience.no (Christian Nyboe):

These last days I've posted about trouble with getting my changes through from Frontier to Clay, but I'd like to add that Clay is very promising as to changing my job from being a BBEdit/WebWeaver drone. With Clay I should be able to generate several websites a week, instead of two or three a month. Reusing sites that I have built by changing the template is going to be a pleasure. Editing html has been fun, but I've always got this feeling that if I just wrote a script to do this and that I would not have to type this markup. But most of the time it's been easier to rely on find and replace, than making a script for later use. With Clay, it's definitely more useful to tweak the filters than relying on document-by-document editing. With Clay, the Macintosh leaps ahead as a web production platform.
