What Does Clay Look Like?

When I'm checking out a new piece of software I always want to see what it looks like first. So here are some random screen shots from a day in the life of Clay Basket. More information is available elsewhere on this website.


Website Editing

Here's a snapshot of the outline that was used to build this website:

When you add to and reorganize this outline you're adding to and reorganizing your website! You have all the power.

Note: I updated this picture in 1.0b6 -- Testing Section and Scratchpad are now commented. No need to see them in the table of contents, but they can be linked to thru the glossary.


Details of Website Editing

Here's the Page Info window. It's where you go to choose a template for the page, set its colors, and to determine how the subheads are displayed:

Templates are really important -- that's how power-HTML coders can customize the look of their website.


Editing Bookmarks

Clay Basket can be used as a Netscape-compatible Bookmark Editor. Here's an example of a bookmarks file displayed in a Clay Basket outline window:

PPS: I really tweaked up the look of this outline. There are lots of color options in Clay, just for making it fun for sysops to do their jobs.
