Dave-couldn't agree with you more re. the NC. In fact I have already written a column to the same effect which will be in our Dec. issue. I do however believe the network appliance (ie. a single-purpose, inexpensive, easy-to-use consumer device that derives its power from the Net) does have a future. eric nee
