Hi Dave,
Thank you for making Frontier available and continuing to champion the Mac.
We just put our first Frontier CGI on thunderstorm.cicada.com. It is in a photography-related section of the site. The main CGI for that section is an Applescript that orders a Hypercard stack into action, but now that we are becoming familiar with your faster, more flexible scripting environment we will be leaning toward it in the future.
We put the "Scripted with Frontier" logo on one of the pages in the Photography Resource section:
http://thunderstorm.cicada.com/pub/photo/zs
the navigation menu in the photography area is accessing a three-line (!!!) Frontier script to redirect users to their chosen part of the site. The same CGI is accessible from almost all pages in the photography site. We probably spent around five hours learning our way around Frontier well enough to write the script.
Thanks again, Lewis Downey
By the way, we are enthusiastic advocates of the Mac. We would probably be glad to do almost anything to help make others aware of the platforms strengths. Please think of us as a potential resource.
