A small factual point.
I write a column for the New York Times Syndicate. It runs in over 100 newspapers around the world and has more circulation than any other column because of its international presence. However it does NOT run in the New York Times. Their syndicate group manages the relationship with all the newspapers that do run the column.
I hope its no someone from Microsoft who complained about your "newsletter". I find it interesting.
