The minivan was in the pipeline _before_ Iacocca arrived at Chrysler. Hal Sperlich is the person who deserves most of the credit.

Iacocca has done much, in recent years, to destroy his good image. His recent attempts, with friend Kirk Kerkorian, to take back Chrysler from the people who presently run the company--people who geniunely love automobiles and the automobile business--was all about greed, ego, and yes, not knowing how to handle his retirement. I wish him luck in finding constuctive activities and happiness.
Mark I work for Chrysler by my opinions are mine
