Do you read MacUser? I noticed a full-page ad in MacUser this month by Microsoft. It is essentially an ad saying that Microsoft had a nice team of Mac developers working in Silicon Valley on Internet stuff, and they'd like to recruit more. A Microsoft ad in a Mac magazine recruiting Mac developers to work in Silicon Valley!
What's this world coming to!?! ;-)

P.S. Unless you are coming in from a position of strength (from their perspective, not yours), I'd kiss off trusting Microsoft. Your lunch will be in their stomachs before you can blink. This is not to say they're evil, just shrewd, ruthless business-people.
