Re-Open OPML.Exe - Error above no longer seen (~10-15 times OPML.EXE has been executed since)

Resolved - Another WinXP Install and this error did not occur.

ISSUE-XP-002:- Expected OPML Editor registration dialogue box as per OPML Editor - Getting Started instructions (Image: register.gif)

ISSUE-XP-003:- Each time the OPML Editor is opened the http://127.0.0.1:5337/photoFan page opens in IE7 

(Not that important, to be considered if other '.root tools' use the same behaviour in the future)

(I also think this is to do with the low-level changes required, the OPML Editor on both Windows XP & Vista use Internet Explorer even if Firefox is set as the default browser.)
