So I've been saying this for like I can't I mean it's ridiculous that the Democrats just come on the air for like I don't know. 2 months, maybe spend one and a half billion dollars. And what do we get out of it? This is the problem. This has been I mean everybody's like arguing the Democrats or fuck because this I think none of them get it. The problem is is that one party is on the air broadcasting 24 hours a day. Seven days a week, 365 days a year every fucking year whether or not there's a presidential election, it never stops. They're always on the air, okay? Now, the Democrats only come on the air, when there's an election, So they lose contact with their entire electorate. I mean, there's a lot of people out there that voted for Harris. Just like two weeks ago, two weeks it was it two weeks or three weeks. It's like, I mean it just happened, right? I think it was 3 weeks. I think it was actually. Um, Yeah. Yeah, it was two weeks. Crazy, isn't it? And it feels like it's been forever. And we're right back where we were before the election before there was a campaign. We're dependent on news organizations to tell us what's going on in the world. Okay. And they don't do it. They've got all their own. It's a mess. They're just a mess. We don't know what they're doing, where they're coming from. Um, They're not very clear about it, they're probably really confused about it themselves. You know. It doesn't matter why they are what they are. They just are that and so we're completely unorganized leaderless, nobody is leading. Whereas on the Republicans they've got like a, I don't know. Look at all the people. They've got out there that are talking and saying things that manipulate us emotionally and get their people going and certain directions. And, you know, I heard a thing last night. Jensaki on MSNBC, I just listened for, I don't know. Maybe even less than five minutes and She gets to a point where she says now we have to like we have to buckle down. We're here. We have to resist this and And, What do so, what's next? Okay. All right, we'll resist it. What do you want? What should we do? Who's going to lead us? We had leadership that a little tiny Taste of it, you know, I'm not talking about the, the candidate up on the, uh, you know, giving speeches, she's great, right. But, It was coming like the Republicans couldn't do anything without there being a response. A really really clever fucking hard-hitting. Point making response within seconds. I mean, it was like they were in it. Finally, they're in it. I'm saying like for the eighth time. I'm sure they can't be planning on shutting this thing down and sure enough. The last post on all the Kamala HQ. Uh, feeds. Was. Frozen on Election Day. The last thing in each of those threads and it's on all the major Social Websites, The last thing is get out and vote. Nothing after that. Just nothing. It's as if we didn't exist. It's like it was all a dream. It didn't actually happen. This is the problem, we're dependent upon to vote and to give the money to fund their ads which they give to the media companies. And that's our only role. Those two things, that's all we do. That's it. And, And has. How long has it been since this worked? I mean it's like Obama cruises into, you know, DC feeling. He's a transformational leader. They all do this now. Clinton did it, Bill Clinton. Did it Jimmy, Carter did it? They all think. Oh, well, everything's different now. And everything's just gonna work and they're naive, they have no idea what they're up against, you know. And for a while, we there were we, I say we because I like I don't know, I'm all over the map here, I mean But, We were kind of getting away with it until Trump and Trump was 24, 7, seven, seven days a week. 365 days a year, doesn't matter. He doesn't stop. He just fucking doesn't stop. He just keeps going. And the Democrats shut down. So, why? Yeah. You you have you heard me say this before? I mean I've been saying it for I don't know, 20 years. Well finally, today we got a pointer The lead. On the Kamala HQ. Web presence. Her name is Lauren Capp. And there's a link to her Tick, Tock page on scripting news today. At scripting.com. And, And there's a picture there of the team that did the Connell HQ. Thing and she said, you know, in a very You could tell it's this is the style, right? I mean, it's it's, I mean, it's not particularly unusual. It's not particularly unusual for like the Social Web, but it's amazing that it's coming out of the democratic party. Finally, Okay, so what we have to do is support them. She's got a team of people, I don't know. She knows there's a picture of them there. They're all extremely young. And, And we got to fund them. And we gotta learn from them. We gotta support them. We've got leadership showing up here. And you know, the crazy thing about it is it's not as if the Democrats don't have a lot of people that we really would like to be hearing from all the time, that the news just never gets around to showing them to us. I want to there all the time, anytime they have something to say, I want them there. So, John fetterman, Senator from Pennsylvania, I heard him interviewed on New York Times podcast, did an interview with him. Um, They were terrible interviews. Everything was just trying to get him with a gotcha and He's a hard guy to get because he says gotchas all the time. He says things that in normal circumstances, this is the lesson that he's learned, and that Republicans certainly have learned to stop worrying about gotchas. Forget it. We're past the age of gotchas. There are no more gotchas This poor reporter from The New York Times is just trying to find, you know, something that she can get a scoop on and fuck. You forget it not interested. What was she left with? She wanted to prove that he wasn't a loyal Democrat. He can't get him on that. He is a Lord because he is a loyal Democrat. They do have an in Pete Buddha judge, I saw him interviewed, um, at a panel discussion, a university, I believe it was actually, it was Harvard. Pretty sure Kennedy School. And which can be a place for really interesting. Discussions like this and he's saying, you know, the Russians You know, the truth is, yeah, they were very involved in this election and and they're doing it better. And the way they do it is they don't just come in on one point of view, they know who you are and they know what's going to get you going. What's going to keep you from voting and keep you unhappy. So they know that if you're sort of pro one thing, they're gonna show you why. The other side is gonna be hassling. You they've, you know, it's like a machine. They know who you are, you've got it, cover all of the people everywhere. So, that's, and he's saying it, he's explaining it in the Pete Buddhist way. He's an incredible explainer. I mean, you want to hear him when he's talking about explaining something to you, you want to hear it, right? He's one of those people. It's like Donald's. Uh, McNeil I think from the New York Times was the was the best explainer for covid stuff. I mean, you know, he definitely, I want to hear what he was anytime, he was on, I'm gonna stop and I'm going to Because this is something I was vitally interested. Okay, we're going through another covid now. Remember what that was like? Well, we need those kind of voices. And Lauren Capp is like, A genius just the right time. Exactly what I wanted to see. No. I mean she said yeah, at first I was like really, it was dark. I forget how she describes it, we all went through that. But, It's you know, there's the thread of them wanting to become an authoritative authoritarian government in the United States and the mistake. I think that we're all making is that we're assuming they will be successful in doing that. And I don't I I think it's far too early to be giving up, you know, it's ridiculous actually to assume that they're going to be able to do what they set out to do. This is the gang that can't shoot straight. Don't you remember that? I mean, I, yeah, Elon Musk can actually make things happen. It's true. They have somebody in there. I mean, I think he can, I don't know. His companies produce things. Actually, excellent things. So, you know, anyway, We just gotta get a team on the field folk where so far. That's the that is the mistake. We've been making the other team is on the field 24 hours a day every day, you know although and they don't depend on the news to get it out, they don't They go out and make their own news. We're gonna do that too. And that's that is what and that's why I wanted to get on the horn today and And talk to you with my own voice. And say, look. We got somewhere today. We found what we were looking for. So, We gotta we gotta build here and I just something to get excited about go the links on my blog. It's scripting.com. Uh slash 2024 11 19.html, that's the link. So that should work forever basically. And uh there are a couple links there, maybe we'll find some more information before we go to bed for the night. And uh, It's good and so I hope you're all doing great. Talk to you soon. Thanks for listening. See you. Bye.
