Using EO to write a blog#
  • The blog will be in a separate outline.#
  • Use the big Plus icon to create a new post.#
  • It can have a title or not.#
  • It can have indented material or not.#
  • The rendering happens when you press the Publish button.#
    • That sends a message to another app running on another machine, with the URL of the OPML file, and it does its thing. It sends back the URL of the page on the server, so you can implement an eyeball command.#
Little todo stuff#
  • In the tab, display the long name of subscribed-to files, if available.#
  • Display attributes#
I could also fix up LO2 based on what I did here#
  • My biggest complaint is the way the left sidebar icons work.#
  • I was having a bad day when I put those into LO2. #
  • The EO version is perfect. #
Done#
  • I really need a Scripts menu in EO#
    • That would make it work a lot better. #
    • If I could put commands in the menubar.#
  • Wipe OPML#
    • Start fresh. Just nodeEditor.root and config.root.#
    • Watch for breakage in webland...#
