in Chrome and Firefox when I am on a web page I want to link to and hit the bookmarklet. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

The command to make the post a live-blog post in the right-click menu was there and must have worked because when I right click on the title node again the option becomes "not live-blog."  Permanent link to this item in the archive.

The bookmarklet link on the changes page, too, behaved as it was expected to and showed up in my favorites toolbar when I dragged it there in both browers.  Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Later: I tried again after learning I had been reinstalling the scripting 2 tool from the wrong menu. Same error message. Permanent link to this item in the archive.
