Back in iJot through the iJotEdit bookmarklet. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

So now you can create posts to your scripting2 weblog even if you are away from the computer you have installed the OPML Editor on. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Just type in your post, stating its title in the top node and entering the post's body in nodes of level 2 or deeper. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Then click the 'save' icon in the toolbar, and check 'save to scripting2 instead' before hitting the 'save' button. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

In the new dialog that replaces the standard save dialog, enter your scripting2 user name and password, then click save. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

There are still a few rough edges, but nothing important. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

If you already have an account on iJot, and have completed your profile in iJot Settings, then your scripting2 username should be pre-populated, and we should make sure you are posting to the scripting2 server specified in your profile as opposed to the default xmlrpc://edit2.scripting2.com/RPC2. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

It looks like the RSS is rebuilding for new posts regardless of the build RSS checkbox in iJot. Permanent link to this item in the archive.
