Do you know the parents of this kid?

This young man was one of four teens who were harassing people on line at the Palo Alto Apple store. We wondered about the parents these kids or if they know how they treat people, children and adults, who aren't doing anything to them. This kid and his friends made us all miserable. Never saw anything like it. The parents ought to be aware of their behavior, imho.
