Apple NazisTuesday, March 25, 2008 by Dave Winer.
The problem is, when users ask questions like this, they aren't thinking about people at Apple, they're thinking about themselves. They're not posting the messages to make Apple look bad, they're posting the message to get help with a problem they're having using a product. I've come to the conclusion that these people behave this way due to no fault of their own. They all suffer from bizarre form of ADD or Asperger's that forces them to form only negative relationships and only online. They are just asking for love the only way they know how to. Pity them, don't hate them. Bonus: The Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. |
