An amazing story at userland.com

I wanted to link to this story because it's incredible and self-explanatory. 
Also, for obvious reasons, I took a snapshot of the post for the archive.
My only thought is that perhaps we could identify some resources that aren't going to change and archive them safely off userland.com, in case there's another outage and Jake can't be so amazingly generous with his time.
