8:36 PM:   knol: content w/out context, collaboration, capital, or coruscation. Knol's entire structure is built around single authors, control and individualism. There aren't even mechanisms for multiple authors and the tools available for collaboration are extremely limited. "Collaboration" still assumes a primary author. Linking between knols doesn't appear common and so there's no network of information. They key is authorship. Zephoria.  
8:34 PM:   Toyota Announces Segway Killer: The Winglet Personal Transporter. Toyota is about to begin testing a vertical, mechanized scooter intended to help people move about in public areas. The Winglet is the first gadget to duplicate the celebrated, and often mocked, navigation system of the Segway Transporter. Wired.
