Updated: AppleScript and Frontier website. The next release of Frontier will have a built-in performance profiler. Red Herring: Vignette raises $14 million, acquires RandomNoise. On pbs.org, Cringely talks about Microsoft and Digital TV and on infoworld.com, the other Cringely speculates that Apple is going to announce something about Linux on Monday, possibly the porting of the Mac look and feel. Steve Jobs says that's not it and the slashdot.org folks think it's not a great idea.
