Just got news that I've been nominated for another Wired award, for my work with RSS. I love getting nominated. I just love it. I really do.

In both cases, the spec says something. We'd like to know where people need clarification to deploy content or apps.

Re changes.xml, any application that reads more often than once an hour should be using shortChanges.xml (it contains the last five minutes of changes only).
