Milestone: the home page of scripting.com is now generated from my Fargo outline.

Still a bunch of dust-settling to deal with. Rules need to be excluded from what appears on scripting.com as well as comment headlines, and redirects.

It wasn't that big a deal, in the end -- the difference between the threads2 structure and the Fargo structure is minor. There's one extra level in Fargo. That was it.
