~Information and Guidelines~

• Please use one ad per job listing.

• Principals only.

• The Text field should either describe the job if it's a Help Wanted ad, or describe your skills and goals if it's a Job Wanted ad.

• Keep your ad short. Some people have posted five-page ad listings that include their full resumé. This is not appropriate. Classified ads only. If you have a lot to say, put up a web page and point to it from your ad.

• Please do not include HTML tags in the Text field, unless you want them to appear literally.

• Please write the ad off-line. It should be carefully written, as you would write a description that appeared in the classified ads section of a print newspaper.

• The ad page is designed so that it's easy to scan the headlines. Make the headline memorable and informative.

• List required qualifications and experience. Give readers an idea of what the work environment. Benefits and salary information. Since this is a global service, remember to list geographic requirements, if any. Do you require relocation? Are you interested in relocating?

• The URL field should point your home page, or a page that further describes the job, or a page that explains how you manage content or your server, or a page of all job openings. If you're looking for work, point to a page that links to examples of sites you've worked on. Be creative here if you want. At first I thought the URL would be optional, but given the nature of the audience, if you don't have a website, please get one on the air before you post an ad.

• Ads will be removed from the system after four weeks. If you haven't gotten the response you were hoping for, please re-submit the ad thru this page for another four week run.
