FILES-IRAQ-UNREST-US-ANBAR

TO GO WITH STORY BY KARIM TALBI (FILES) -- This file photograph taken on May 23, 2007 shows Iraqi boys following an Iraqi policeman to get soccer balls in the restive city of Fallujah, 50 kms (30 miles) west of Baghdad. The two boys of around 12 years, wore leather belts full of explosives and walked up to a mosque, planning to blow themselves up inside the building. But before they could detonate their charge, they were arrested by the police at a nearby checkpoint, averting a major tragedy three months ago in Fallujah, the former symbol of Sunni led anti-American insurgency in Iraq.
