US-SHIPWRECK-CHALICE

An ornate gold chalice with etched scrollwork is displayed Tuesday, June 24, 2008, after it was located by shipwreck salvors searching for the wreckage of the Spanish galleon Santa Margarita about 30 miles west of Key West, Florida. The Margarita sank during a 1622 hurricane and its wreckage has been the focus of a search by Blue Water Ventures in a joint-venture partnership with Mel Fisher's Treasures. Salvors estimated the value of the chalice at at USD 1 million or more. AFP PHOTO / Florida Keys News Bureau / Gary RANDOLPH == RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE ONLY / NO SALES / GETTY OUT ==
