PS: One area I'd like to see more development in is alternatives to Disqus. It's an excellent product that I use here on scripting.com. But there are lots of ways to do discussions, lots of social organizations that are not reflected in the open-to-all approach. This is an area where some serious innovation is possible.
Every so often I get asked to look at a Twitter app. I usually look, and usually am depressed by what I see.
