An array of items for discussion
By Dave Winer on Monday, June 04, 2012 at 5:13 PM.
I've been puzzling over this for years. How to bootstrap the process of collaborative outlining on the web. I think I've got step one down the road. A way to do web-based discussions that hang off a stream of consciousness. It's a way to collect and organize a set of tweet-size items, and allow people to easy add short comments, and see what others had to say. It allows you to link together a set of simple idea-size chunks and edit the organization. And when you reorg, the comments go with. I really hope people use this because the next steps are going to be real interesting, but we need users to get there. So come be a user. All you have know is how to use Disqus. No software to install. (Yet.) permalink
That's what this looks like as a blog post. Here's what it looks like as a discussion tree. permalink
