Frontier tip of the day: You can call an OSAX from an AppleScript without loading the OSAX into the object database. You can just call it as you normally would, they can run from the System Folder.

Due to huge traffic on the server, and problems with MacSiteSearcher and/or Filemaker, the "Search" page has been disabled, hopefully just temporarily. We'll dig into this. Searching is way too important.

New 4.1 Feature of the Day: When you get a runtime error, hold down the mouse button while clicking on the Go To button in the Error Info window. You get a popup menu showing the call stack. You can trace back thru the logic that got you the runtime error.

Installed Frontier 4.1 on www.scripting.com. If I don't do it, how can I ask other webmasters to? OK here goes!

The The Low Tech Object Distribution Server page has been moved into the Frontier site and as a result is now included in the Frontier Site Outline.

The Frontier 4.1 Upgrade package is released. The full 4.1 package will come next week. In the meantime, if you're new to Frontier, you can start with 4.0.1, but be aware that the docs on this website are for Frontier 4.1.
Did the deed. Switched over the new website that had been in development for a month. Holding my breath!
