1. linkNext/linkPrev macros and the #nextPrevs outline

See the Narrative for a discussion.

2. html.traversalSkip

Return true of the object should be omitted from a traversal of the website.

Still need to call this from more places.

3. suites.regex

Included the Oct 4, 1996 release, as supplied by Dick Munroe.
