Mini-DaveNet Source

As part of doing the 4.2 release, I'm cleaning up the user.websites table in Frontier.root for new users. It's going to be a lot easier.

One of the by-products is a mini version of the DaveNet website, it has all the scripts, but only the essays from January 1997. It uses many of the new techniques in the 4.2 framework.

Because 4.1 users could benefit from this example site, it's now available as a separate 75K download at:

You need Frontier 4.2b8 or higher to build this site.
