New Look for the Frontier Site

There's so much new material, and all the other sites are improving, so it was time to spruce up the Frontier website.

Several changes -- the navigation bar is back on the left edge of each page. This site needs a bunch of pointers on every page, and many of the other scripting.com sites have the left-edge look.

We point to Matt Neuburg's web and scripting tutorials, and every page links to the directory of scripting.com sites. This incorporates the new material into the already existing Frontier site.

We'll very likely do a complete reorganization of the Frontier site with the release of Frontier 5.0. For now, use the Directory to tie everything together.
