Fixes for 4.2

Bug reports have been coming in for 4.2. Nothing serious, I think, but here are some fixes that will make their way into the next release.

New Site command in Web menu

If you create a new site using the New Site command before doing any website building, the command would fail with an error, 'The folder "Macintosh HD:" wasn't found'. The error was fixed in suites.html.buildPageTable.
